She wore this outfit up until Street Fighter V, where she replaced it with the employee uniform of the arcade she works at. She has short brown hair and blue eyes.
Chronologically, Sakura first appeared in Shiritsu Justice Gakuen, where she had started to participate in street fighting after watching Ryu win the first World Warrior tournament. Justice Gakuen saw Sakura involved in the adventure between her school and others in Ashura City. Fighting in it, she realized how much it meant to her to protect something she cared about.
