She has short green hair and green eyes with thin antennae on her head. Her outfit is a collared white shirt with long sleeves, a two-sided black and red cape, blue or black shorts, white socks, and either red mary janes or brown loafers.
In Imperishable Night, when the player character moves to the top of the screen to obtain an item, they bump into Wriggle, who descends from above. This appears to be a flying kick from Wriggle, and the meme "Wriggle Kick" named after this is fairly well-known in Touhou fan fiction.
